This is true, the level of scam icos has increased greatly even after the scamming spree of the lending icos that made away with lot of peoples funds. This doesn't even show any signs of stopping either.. One has to really study these icos well enough before deciding to invest in them.
Invest only in bitcoin and ethereum - you will not get to scammers.
