Not sure if you have understood the decentralization feature of bitcoin which clearly says that there is not authority who will be controlling the circulation of Bitcoin. Though manipulators are there but still Bitcoin was designed in a way so that everyone gets their fair share of chance to afford and get their hands on Bitcoin. So, the whole idea of it becoming inaccessible is quite baseless right now.
