The ICO market has huge problem today.
this is 4 reason
1. Overvaluations
2. Scam
3. fraud
4. Speculation
I'm new into ICO, and I think the first three was right. The number two and three were out of our control, might we need to more carefully about this. Speculation might hash been some part of our life, so it's a natural thing, IMHO. Overvaluation is depended on us, we can learn all about the project to get a rational valuation. I've been on my first ICO project now, they are ongoing KYC process now until the next few days before their public sale starts. This ICO project called as Daex Blockchain, after spending a few time to collect information about this project, I hope wouldn't disappoint me.
If I look at my ICO investments this year, the first point (overevuation) was probably the nr 1 reason for my losses. Companies that consist of merely a handful of people without a proper office, businessplan, products are evaluated 10-50 millions by themself and that is just a joke. The real evaluation happens when these projects hit the exchanges, and everyone looses, expect the 5 people in the team.
