Would not this project be one of those Russian MLMs? If you look at the deb's posts, TL Coin has a Russian thread specifically, many say that the person who developed the MLM in Zilbercoin is behind TL Coin, at least they are tokens, there are no corrupted wallets! Platincoin is another classic MLM, but people should be different.
