We cannot tag on the basis unless we are 100% certain that the individual does not owns the YouTube channel and IMO what you provided is not a solid evidence.

Anyways it's not like we can be sure that it is a scam attempt but I don't think one would pay 2 BTC for that channel. Plus it's hard to believe that a new channel is getting views - 14K -15k and 13K subscribers in one day. Too hard to believe isn't it? Answer is simple bots.
