There is always high possibility for any crypto coin to come back to its highest prices because that is how the crypto works really. Most of the time ETH used to be far more stable and had strong resistance against the down fall but recently things have gone wild with it. The prime reason was its ETH network congestion which forced most of the ICO's to take the decision on it and move onto different platforms for the easier handling of their ICO sales. That was one thing and the other one was dumping of most of the ICO tokens against the ETH whenever it used to be listed over an exchanger. Now over the time this circulation has grown hugely for ETH and thus too much supply is available currently and thus it is diluting the ETH prices.
