all my masternodes have status new_sart_required. is this because of the upgrade?

please inform us here and on twitter if we have to restart.

yes i'm on 3.1 and so are all of my nodes
still all my nodes have status new_sart_required and no rewards rolling for 4 days now

it was all good after the upgrade to 3.1 for a few days ....

nvm: the 100th resync or so seems to solve the problem
