So he got his education elsewhere and moved to the Philippines, correct? That's quite different from actually being born and raised here.
At least being born and raised here is not an excuse for anyone who really wants to learn computer programming. I know a dozen people who are raised here in the Philippines but earns the same amount as what Moloch's friend earned and knows how to build websites(albeit their skill on it being self-taught).
I couldn't agree more, they would be much better off learning a real skill instead of spending tim eon this forum begging for scraps.
We can't blame them for doing so because most of them are just doing bounty in their free time.
