It can happen but i doubt it will trade below ICO price right now. It can turn out to be a good marketing decision since token will get more recognized.

And if you check it, the price is below the ico price. Not a big difference but still barely lower.

Let me understand this, If I read trough this thread, it's stated the ICO will start on 1st october, so what's the price you are referring to? Or ICO is already started? Sorry but I didn't check their website
