It can happen but i doubt it will trade below ICO price right now. It can turn out to be a good marketing decision since token will get more recognized.

And if you check it, the price is below the ico price. Not a big difference but still barely lower.

Maybe these tokens are being sold by investors who bought early with a big bonus.
