From lisk chat: Small reminder, GDTPool payments is delayed until one new issue is fixed in Lisk Core MainNet. It should be fixed in v1.1.0 that is planned to be release 'Soon TM' by Lisk HQ. Voters will keep accumulating credits but the first payout will only happen when we make sure its safe to do it. Thank you for your patience.
