Funny how he signs his name. Sorta just writes "homero garza" not even really a signature. I wonder what his sig looked like from old docs where he was just "Josh Garza" .... Just one count of 1 wire fraud eh? Pretty sad. He'll be back out just like charlie shrem and starting up a new biz shortly after leaving the country club prison hangin out with madoff hahaha.... Cheers

I know that sucks!

What about the other $11 million? That's less than half of what he stole.

Lawyers ate asking for probation --  WTF!

Get out your barf bags:

Garza wrote, to the Court, (with help:)

Quote
"Customers trusted me to steward their money and I betrayed that trust," wrote Garza in a letter to the court submitted prior to sentencing. "I was selfish and greedy and didn't exercise what I could to turn things in a different direction. What happened at GAW Miners, in every way possible, was out of character and not consistent with my prior career path. ... I am truly sorry, and while I know that words do not encompass nor do they create any level of restitution, I am truly sorry for the pain I have put so many people through. I put myself before others, I was blinded by selfishness and greed and there is really no excuse for my actions."

Funny he should cite his prior career path, which also reeked of fraud, at his failed Optima Computers in Brattleboro and Great Auk Wireless High Speed Internet, which had to return a state grant for failing to provide services to hundreds, maybe thousands of screwed customers. I know people who paid for services and their businesses suffered for lack of basic phone and internet service.
