Vitalik is the biggest reason for Ethereum's decline in its value. Somebody should say "Stop and please do not talk any more about Ether". I haven't seen anyone from the Ethereum side spreading positive news recently.
that quote really isn't the biggest reason. Take a look at what transactions are being made. It's been exclaimed several times the last few pages.
Yeah many ICO projects, such as EOS, vechain, etc, have moved off chain causing some downward pressure in eth market cap. Head of Bitmex claims eth price is heading <100 but i dont buy into that...too many devs and active users for that to happen.
