What are the factors that will make a bounty stand out or may be acceptable for crypto lovers. What can be the things that make a bounty fail. Here is a link to Delta's bounty. What improvements can you suggest.

Bounty program or ICO project can't reach the target is just because developer team doesn't have enough preparation to face members problem and market risk. Have good concept, clearly roadmap and many bonuses will not guarantee will have great result. As crypto lovers we only can follow but decide what the best for ICO/ bounty is developer.
