What are the factors that will make a bounty stand out or may be acceptable for crypto lovers. What can be the things that make a bounty fail. Here is a link to Delta's bounty. What improvements can you suggest.

bounty is totally related with the ico. you should check the ico as you are investing in it. you should check if the project can reach to soft cap and hardcap. you should check if the team and advisors are enough good etc. if so, bounty will not fail.
