However, at that time there was a "bullish" December.

These forecast make me laugh hard but also gave me a bit of pain inside. Forget all these ambitious prediction because the only thing that can save is those damn ETFs but the SEC are too dumb and they won't approved a single one or just postpone it just for a change.
