Decentralization will solve most of the problems linked to widespread Energy Efficiency worldwide, making it the main tool to improve the use of energy. Blockchain in this sense can reduce costs drastically because it can certify and audit the savings, therefore removing the necessity to engage an external auditor. Moreover, tokenization gives the possibility to transfer Energy Efficiency achieved between users in an easy, standardized and global way.
