I like this rating platform, it in most cases they puts objective ratings, but I think that always need to do your own research.
I can't understand where mistake, at this rating platform is written next:
PreICO Price 1 ZNC = 0.0005 USD
Price 1 ZNC = 2.23 ETH

it's probably just a mistake. these things happen every now and then.
Agreed, and these ico rating sites vary so much on quality, for example that icobench was praising the obvious scam called hashrental (now removed without a trace, surprise).
So, i would not make too much fuss about the numbers, but who provided them and for what.
I studied Zeon by myself so i couldn't be distracted, and i have to say i only have few questions left to figure out, but right now, with the information i got, i can see this being very high in coinmarketcap. And it's cool as hell.
