so i got my email account back, i guess the person changed my email on the btc-e account because i dont see any withdrawal emails on it. No response from btc-e support yet besides the initial response asking for username and email 
: ( Insist do not give up! Fill them with emails, messages on twitter etc etc so I managed to get something from them after 14 days: (
