Well
first of course is who manage the bounty, been thru quite some bounty and trust me, you never wanted to have a bad bounty manager
Some are very ego and very self center, and they don't distribute the reward well and treating everyone unfair
Bounty could create awareness for ICO and it is kinda effective
Especially social media campaign, it stand out well because of how much people it can bring towards the ICO
