I think that this was purely manipulated to make the price go down, so they could push it to the top after a few months, that is what is happening at the moment.
Are you thinking whales are manipulating the entire market? If true, they are doing their job well for many months. The market today is very broad and the possibility of price drop may be partly related to them but mainly supply and demand.
