What I have learnt so far is that you don't sell your tokens to the bear market, rather, you hodl until the market recovers. Also, this is the best period to garner more ethereum at a cheaper rate and then hodl.
While that strategy is not bad you must understand that is only going to work if you invest in some of the best altcoins that are out there, many of the new altcoins that are in the market right now are not going to survive this bear market, this is why people are selling all of those coins because they do not have any kind of confidence those coins are going to survive this.
