I have researched this project and you don't need much time to spot this scam attempt.

There are different sources that matches the same advisors as listed on http://ngom.info/index_e.html

All of the advisors somehow are correlated with this project http://peacelink.top/ that has actually the same idea, lmao 

I don't know from where they have taken those names in advisors but most of them are created by author imagination, you can search for the names and pictures in google.

It's total scam. Stay safe guys and gals!
