First of all if it was launched in your country you can involve government in this process - just contact the police on fraud. They should react and at least try to find scammer. Better if you will find some other people to create a class action.
But if the ICO papers will be ok and there is nothing to do with scammers - it is your fault that you didn't make a research and donated money instead of making an investment
