coin supply seems to be block at 56 781 166 PIVX until few days now. Somebody can explain why it stop now ? Who take decision for that ? and why did not stop early when pivx began to down ?

Every day is a learning day. I think really when the capitalization down the supply should be stop (i already asked that but nobody answer me) i thought it was that but not. I always stay purple but now purple become red it's normal to try to understand ..
