New data is fetched every 3 minutes - both for exchanges and stats. Glad you like the looks 
Hey OP, quick question - is this still the case?
I notice that the "Last Update" time at the bottom seems to be on a roughly 2:00 schedule, based on pulling the following times:

14:32:23
14:34:43
14:36:43
14:38:37
14:40:54
