Not panic selling at loss is always the best bet but with what the OP said about ignoring negative posters, I really do not see any need for that. The market is unpredictable but at least to be realistic, in the short term which I am sure a lot of newbies are focused on, the market does not look ready for 20k by Christmas ending.

Now, how you want to take that information as an individual is what matters; looking to buy more and hold the dips for the long term which is important OR do you want to panic in the short term and bail out to come back regretting it later on? It is a choice but not like the market won't take the process to reach such height unless there is some strong demand that could bring about a huge bullish force which at this stage nothing seem like it.
