Which alt coins are below $1 value that gonna turn in $10 next year.

I'd say that Ripple has a good chance.
Individual coin price doesn't matter though... if you put $1 in bitcoin and it increased 10x you'd have $10.

wise choice, I think Ripple is a good coin because it has a large community, so the possibility of being pumped is very high. I'm sure if Bitcoin can recover, then Ripple will immediately rise.
