The situation on Pura is dramatically worst on point of information.

As of 2018/09/10 Mazza has suspended his support for the pura group in telegram:

"Hi guys, I have been out of action for a while now, not just in Pura but in crypto in general. Although in the past I have done my best to help the community I am taking a step back from crypto in the sense that I still have my assets but choose not to focus on them at this time, too painful! So with that in mind I would ask you all not to expect me to answer any Pura related questions as I have not been keeping up to date with current happenings. I would suggest that people diversify their portfolios however as this would seem to be the most logical way to tackle these tough times. I have certainly done that. Jut to be clear... I am not abandoning Pura but have taken a step back from day in and out crypto."

This is not a good sign, as he was the one who had contact with the developers and austin as pura representative.
