Collateral is at least 120% of the value of the loan you are asking for; your account is not worth anywhere near what you are asking for. Your account is without value. Also, you say you need .0035BTC then say you need $35... These are not the same thing.

Why in the world do you need $35 for a meal? I can cook up Steak, Macaroni Salad and get some Fruit/Nuts for like $10.
