I think certain things need to be regulated, in a way smaller and entrepreneurial-friendly manner and with less emphasis on investors protection. Change will come faster, if they refuse to adapt they gonna miss out on pioneer roles. Even though the ICO market hs developed a little different than expected, it still drove innovation, helped on blockchain development and lets us identify the obstscles and chances working in this amazing time of technological development and possibly new world orders!
