By looking at the case, this guy lapongetiasuu is blackmailing you. Though you need to provide some evidence that it's not your alt and is your father's account (which is difficult I guess, how can you prove it?)

About this blackmailer guy (which is pretty obvious that he/she is blackmailing you), what s/he were doing is wrong. I'm also not certain if blackmailing is Moderated or not.
