Your tokens might not depend on ETH price movements now, but I don't agree that your platform would be independent of the ETH price swings in the long run. It is clearly stated in your website that:
TMONEY is based on Ethereum protocol and it will be used for all transactions in Time Money platform
How will your tokens be independent of the ETH price if you will depend on Ethereum's protocol(smart contracts) to process transactions? If you really want a token independent from ETH price, start by building your own blockchain protocol and block explorer.
