My tactics when market goes down is very simply then i personally more invest to pruchase good coins because on that time you can find good coins on very cheap price and when market will go high then you can book your profit.
I think some investors might also be trying to purchase more bitcoins and altcoins to hold in their crypto-currencies wallet during this bearish market, as this might be a very good opportunity to purchase these crypto-currencies at a low price, and there will always be a time to reap in huge profits once the crypto-currencies trading market starts to recover and hopefully we will see the rise of another bull market.
