You should start building a big community by conducting airdrops and promoting them via airdrop sites like
airdrops.io. This way to create big communities that are very helpful before starting ICO. You can promote ICO via ICO websites like
ICOBench or
ICODrops.
One of the Ico marketing is bounty campaign which includes many campaigns inside, if you really need then I have few suggestion that I would recommend to work with you.
I've made many contacts from my experience and each has it owns direction on what they are good at, i.e telegram managing, social media marketing etc, ICO listings etc...
Btw, my red trust is because I managed a bounty campaign which never paid their participants and I have nothing to with that.
