Since Dealjoy is Ethereum based project,makes sense to peg price to ETH.And since ETH price is low,now its great time to buy DEAL tokens.

Wouldn't they want to make corrections to that since it's so low at the moment?

I think they mentioned earlier that the price is tied to eth so they probably calculated this volatility.

Could they really calculate such a drop?

Since that all possible in crypto market they probably calculate this scenario, just they probably didn't expected this.

Maybe it was really difficult to anticipate such a drop. The market has been really volatile lately so I guess the team couldn't approach it upfront.
