we shouldnt blame these bounty managers because they are only in charge on the flow and the partcipants in rach ICO.Failing of ICO doesnt reflect the bounty managers but the failed of each participants to meet the requirements for each ICO should also considered.At the end of the day,bounty participants are the one who makes every ICO successful.
Yes, you are right. Bounty participants do not have to blame the bounty manager if the project fails. However, the bounty manager was supposed to give an announcement against the cancellation of the failed bounty project, because currently many bounty programs were not clear.
