Because this is Service Discussion (Altcoins) I comment on your Service that you offer. I think that you need to pay in BTC to find somebody that will create the ANN you need.
This is right most ANN creator and manager will not always prefer to received project tokens since those still havent any value at all.If we do look at on most cases they do only accept BTC,ETH and other altcoin
which do have significant value in the market but for a new project for sure you will fail to find one.
