Strategy is always one - you must to play agains market. If token falls - you must to buy it - if he its grow - buy it. But human psyhology is not working like that. We all scared to do it.
I think it's not like playing a game when you have to make choices either in trade or investment. Some basic researches are necessary to choose which coin to buy and the time of sell.
