Since most of the alt coins are traded with BTC or ETH. SO I think altcoins prie are dependent on the price of this two.

indeed altcoin prices depend on the price of bitcoin, it has been known for a long time, even since altcoin emerged. yes you have to know that guys, if the price of bitcoin goes up then the altcoin goes up and vice versa. bitcoin is the price determinant in crypto.
