Ran TAG over night, seems to be ok. I guess this particular one just needs more time to catch up? The first time I posted, it was running several hours, else I probably wouldn't have mentioned it.

The image you posted looks quite normal. The hash rate in the site is based on the number of shares you submit, so while it's quite accurate it's never going to display the same number as cgminer, because the number of shares varies based on luck
So difference of ~10% is probably ok.
