Because this is Service Discussion (Altcoins) I comment on your Service that you offer. I think that you need to pay in BTC to find somebody that will create the ANN you need.
Only few ANN creators are accepting altcoins but tokens that aren't listed on an exchange is probably a no-no for them. However for OP you have a choice of availing
Copper Membership.Since you aren't allowed to post images, avail it and you'll get to know the benefits of it mostly for Newbies that wants to create their ANN's w/ images.
