1) 14.08.2018 I've bought some NBTK at YoBit.io
2) 24.08.2018 I've registered at your project.
3) 26.08.2018 I've sent my documents for verification
4) 30.08.2018 My account was verified
5) 30.08.2018 I even wasn't able to activate my NBTK wallet at your project (solved)
6) 05.09.2018 I had opened an issue at your support #9406 with a deposit NBTK problem (not solved)
- I've given all the info twice (even transaction id and the way from it was sent)

7) Today is 13.09.2018 - one mont passed as I'm trying to reach your exchange instruments. Rather it work or no?
    Till this period price dropped from 0.2$ to 0.03$

Is it normal?
