It was easy before. Today, these standards have changed somewhat, due to the large number of proposals. But this is not the main reason. Most of the projects of 2017 are still not realization or ceased their activities. Investors have become more cautious and demanding.
Therefore, I think that this hardcap is normal. I like the idea of the project. The team has a modern look at things.

Well, considering that fact that market is a bit stagnant and people's recent sentiments in ICO space $14mln is quite a good money to run the company. But I really like the experience of this team and regulatory factor. Germany is sustainable country
