Unfortunately, the market is unstable and directed downwards, so it is not very grateful to recommend investing now. But fortunately I'm not a big investor and I'm not afraid to lose my investment. Now I'm holding the EOS and ADS on the stock exchange. I compensate for the drop in exchange rates by the fact that I actively spend 3-5 hours a day in day trading with these coins. As a result, my overall balance does not fall (I even earn a little), and most importantly I expect an unexpected surge of these coins upwards. EOS and ADA - I believe in them and recommend to buy.
Investment is just a cycle so we don't need to worried about this because as you look in chart anytime have a potential to explodes ,one of the biggest name about investment .In fact it's risky but still more worth if we have patient.
