The research conducted by Deloitte, and what they see, is understandable. This technology is developing very quickly.  It is not surprising that many decisions are outdated. We are on the way of becoming, and on this way we have to see a lot of reforming. And for this, the minimum that the developers are obliged to look at is the day before.
