If you want sure and secure profit the answer is WAIT but if you want more profit while in cheap value take the chance to buy it then hold in a long term until it resume to its original price value. That's the better things we can do as a traders I think, or you can check the coinmarketcap to find out on which of them are good to buy if it is Bitcoin or some altcoins.
