I admit projects that really work, at least just work - following the roadmap. They may not have a finished working product or the economy can does not work , but the project team conducts systematic work, the project is not abandoned.

I do not add to the list: just coins, or just exchanges, where there is nothing but the coins themselves, the wallet or the exchange. I think to make just separate categories (lists) on the site. Also on the site I plan to make a separate list of projects with a ready-made working product /service. (categorized)
