If that were the case, why would he be wearing a Horizen signature block that doesn't have any bounty? 
Few posts behind I have invited all who wants to test Signatures without any rewards. There are few members so far, and I would rather call them supporters..
We don't have open campaigns. You can wear it if you like.
If someday I get rich enough I will wear this signature for free. Meanwhile I need all bounty payment incentives

This said Horizen has never run a signature campaign (ok only 1) and it is still doing well over the months
It was only a joke, man. Or maybe an invite to thinking: doesn't mankind run based on incentives? Beautiful acts are beautiful, but what really works is incentives. Bitcoin is there to prove it. All the Bitcoin protocol runs based on this principle.
