This is quite unlikely, if you made this prediction for the end of 2019 then you'll have a better chance for your prediction to become true and even then I will consider that price to be simply too high, but since you are making this prediction apparently for the beginning of 2019 then that makes this prediction exponentially more difficult to be fulfilled.
